Orders are transformed into production instructions by our food engineers and then, according to product types, are included in the production program by automation.

To maintain the quality standard of the products, computer-controlled mixtures are used both at the raw material and finished product stages. The flour produced is continuously inspected by food engineers in all our factories. Samples taken periodically from production are analyzed in our laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and the products' compliance with the required values ​​is checked.

The entire production process is carried out according to standards and is controlled by relevant organizations. Our products are certified by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
